Question:   What are my benefits as a Hamilton for Life customer?

:   Why and How do you provide me with all the great benefits of being a Hamilton for Life customer? It sounds too good to be true!

Answer:     Our Hamilton for Life program is really our philosophy of doing
business.  We believe that what today's vehicle buyer wants is a quality product and a convenient and pleasant service experience. This can all be summed up in one word - VALUE!

With all this in mind, the team here at Hamilton decided to change our philosophy of how we market to our current and future customers.  We have made the decision to stop spending as much of our advertising dollars ( you know that car dealers love to advertise !! ) on TV, Radio, and Newspaper and instead invest that money in you - our valued customer - by providing the extra Hamilton for Life benefits to you at no charge.  This is real value for your money which we trust you will appreciate.

In the long run, we believe this is a much better use of our advertising dollars. We are confident that when you are happy with our dealership and the way we take care of your transportation needs, that you will tell your family, friends, and neighbors to consider a Hamilton dealership the next time they begin to shop for a new or pre-owned vehicle.

Question:   Are there any "requirements" on my part to receive the many Hamilton for Life program benefits?

Answer:     The only "requirement" involved in the Hamilton for Life benefits are in regards to the Limited Lifetime Engine Guarantee and it is most likely something that you would do anyway - properly maintain your vehicle.
                   
For your limited lifetime engine guarantee to remain in effect, all of the manufacturer and dealer recommended maintenance for your vehicle must be completed at a Hamilton dealership.  Our dealership service menu and service reminder program will help you keep track of when this maintenance is due based on the vehicle model and your personal driving habits.  Having these services completed will keep your vehicle running at peak performance and gas mileage efficiency as well as keep your limited lifetime engine guarantee validated.  Please refer to the actual Hamilton for Life owners agreement for all of the details.



Question:   What if I miss a recommended service interval - do I lose all my Hamilton for Life benefits?

Answer:     Only the Limited Lifetime Engine Guarantee benefit would be forfeited. No legitimate company can stand behind an engine that has not been maintained in a timely manner at the minimum recommended levels.  These levels have been clearly laid out for you in our dealership service menu and are as competitively priced as any equivalent maintenance services being offered by the national service center chains or independent garages in the area. 
    
All the other benefits - complimentary oil changes, tire rotations, and car washes - never expire as long as you own your vehicle!



Question:  OK, I understand that I must complete all of the recommended factory and dealer maintenance on schedule to keep my Limited Lifetime Engine Guarantee in effect, but do I have to have it done at Hamilton?  After all, car dealerships are always more expensive than the other service and repair facilities in the area.

Answer:     Let's start by answering the second half of this question.  The notion that dealerships are always more expensive for maintenance services than the other repair shops is simply not the case.  This is a common misconception that many consumers have.  The reality is that a Hamilton dealership is just as competitively priced on maintenance services as the competing shops in our area  -- especially when all aspects of the job are considered.  We regularly monitor our price competitiveness in our market.  Our goal is not to require you to come to a Hamilton dealership so we can "over charge" you for maintenance and repair work,  but rather to provide you with competitively priced vehicle maintenance and over time show you that you can count on Hamilton for all your vehicle service needs.  When you factor in that we have all the latest tools and equipment as well as Factory and ASE trained technicians doing the work, we are confident you will find our prices to be very reasonable.
 
As for the first part of the question, the reason that the maintenance work must be completed at our dealership is because Hamilton is the one standing behind engine guarantee.  We need to be in control of the maintenance work being performed to insure it is done properly.  We cannot stand behind someone else's work, we can only stand behind our own - and we do!!
